enough already

This is the view from my front door every morning lately.

No, it's not a lot of snow.

Yes, it usually melts during the day (and then snows again at night...)

But it's not the snow that is wearing me out as much as that it's the end of March and it's still cold enough to snow.

It's still in the minuses every night and yesterday we had a balmy top of 4 degrees.

So much for global warming.

So much for Spring.

ENOUGH ALREADY.

Amen sister! I'm all for if you don like your situation then do something to change it, but it doesn't seem like any amount of reasoning with Mother Nature is going to bring spring on any sooner. I really hate that there is nothing I can do but wait for the longest winter known to man to finally be over.

As another snowbound friend I understand..... no more white stuff please.

Time for pretty flowers and sooner or later bbqs and long warm walks at sunset.. (maybe impossible with a little baby)

Anyways just a little longer.. seriously... right??? God help us.

Sorry to hear that your days and nights still aren't warm. If it is an consolation it is too cold to go outside here in Shizuoka ken too. The sun is beaming down but the wind is freezing and ready to pick you up and blow you right up to Tokyo. and that isn't just a tale it is true.

Nay & I are hoping to enjoy hanami on Monday as the cherry blossoms are in full bloom but I think we may have to wear our winter coats while doing it!!!

Well (fingers toes and tongue crossed) it looks like we're finally through it, hey Brenda? Not that this freaking rain is any more fun! It would be nice to get at least one day of sunny weather for the annual cute kids and cherry blossoms picture....

Sara- bbq... yum... I *think* I remember what they are... ;P Little babies love walks in the sunset, it'S just their parents who bemoan the lack of romance when you spend the time tending to bub!

achan- I was surprised when I headed to Tokyo- the Kanto winter isn't that much fun either, huh? Cold rain and super windy vs snow... hmmmm... neither please?
